The Spina Bifida Association of New York State is dedicated to serving and supporting every person and family impacted by Spina Bifida, by offering programs, resources, education and services. We spoke with Julia Duff, the Executive Director of the Spina Bifida Association of New York State about their upcoming gala to support the Spina Bifida community. The annual Dare to Dream Gala is taking place this Saturday, November 7th from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy.
